  Good location from which to see the city. I attended a small trade show which was at the Hyatt and I thought they did a very good job.

  I ate breakfast there one morning and the waiter was so busy chatting with one customer we couldn't get coffee. I think he was the exception to the rule however. The same restaurant the next day the lady we had was very nice.

  The room was clean and well appointed, however, there were a couple of things that should be addressed. The bathroom door did not close/latch easily, much effort was required toget this door to shut and stay closed. The wall paper in the bathroom was starting to peel and the fllor in the bathroom did not appear to be totally clean. The layout of the parking, signage poor for where to go and how to check in other than via Valet Parking. The elevators were slow to respond long waits in the lobby and on the room floors and the layout of parking, main lobby and aux. Elevators were a bit confusing for first time visitors.

  Centrally located. Walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. The staff at the service desk (especially Bianca) was extremely nice and helpful. The indoor parking is affordable (10$)/day. The hotel itself was nice and comfortable. However I would not pay full price as the rooms needs a bit of renovation. Their was some mildew in the bathroom.

  The location to the Palais de Congres (where I attended a 3 day conference) was well situated. Many choices to grab a quick breakfast or lunch in the underground shops.

  There was a lot of construction around the area, which made it very difficult to walk around and get from one point to the next on the city streets.

  The location.

  There was always a long wait for the elevators! Eventhough we got a "discounted rate" I would have expected more from the Hyaty. The bathroom had a little mold near the bathtub.

  The steam room, sauna and pool were fabulous, The location as well, was sublime!

  Wish we had known there was no fridge or mini bar in the room! Very weird.

  We liked the location of the hotel and the polite staff.

  Great hotel, super location. My main complaint I did not get the room I was supposed to get and this was very bad don't know if I would get back there. There is a big difference between a double bed and a king bed.

  My staying at the Hyatt was fairly good however the room was dirty all the time even when we asked them for room service . There were roaches in the bathroom and the bathtub wasn't clean . I mentioned the concierge about the situation but he didn't even care . At the time of checking out I gave them my complains about the room' s condition and I asked them to at least consider giving us the Internet we used for those there days free of charge , the concierge apologize and charged my card regardless . That's not nice at all :( oh well I will never booked at the Hyatt ever again
